At Qonfr, we understand that individuals need a 'mentor' to help tackle the challenges of life. That's why, we facilitate connections between people experiencing mental health challenges and companions (traditionally called peer support workers) based on shared lived experiences.
These connections increase social cohesion and engagement, enhance self-confidence and self-esteem, and promote feelings of understanding, belonging, and continued quality of life.

We believe that social isolation should be a thing of the past given that there are more than 7.53 BILLION people on this planet. We are tacking action by connecting individuals experiencing mental health challenges to companions. With 1 connection at a time we can connect this world better!
Being a companion is a good way to belong and create a socially positive influence while not sacrificing on making money. You as the companion get the power to decide your $/Hr rate based on the perceived value of your companionship.
So be there for someone and provide them with comfort, strength, connection, a better individualised experience, empathy, validation, and hope.
